Forwarding E-Invoice

Electronic invoice exchange with external systems

Invoices themselves should cost neither time nor money. In Scope, branches can invoice each other electronically. The outgoing invoice of one branch is automatically generated as an incoming invoice of the other branch. As a rule, however, you will exchange invoices with external systems. Scope allows you to send or import invoice data in UBL e-Invoice format, saving time.

UBL E-INVOICE IN SCOPE COMPLIES WITH EU STANDARD 16931

Scope supports the UBL e-invoice format for incoming and outgoing electronic invoices in accordance with the requirements of EU standard 16931. With SI-UBL, Scope also serves the Dutch variant of the same standard. This means that your invoices comply with the prescribed standards.

AUTOMATION OF INCOMING INVOICES

The import of incoming invoices - especially in UBL format - can be automated via an interface. Scope recognizes the invoicing party on the basis of its tax number and address and assigns cost elements and shipments if these are stored. If all data could be entered, Scope automatically creates an incoming invoice if desired and also automatically closes it if accruals are available for the items of the incoming invoices.

AUTOMATIC SENDING OF INVOICES BY EMAIL DIRECTLY FROM SCOPE

You can send electronic invoices in UBL E-Invoice format automatically by e-mail. Once you have set up automated invoice sending in your Scope client, Scope will subsequently send all corresponding electronic invoices automatically.

CONFIGURATION BY USERS SAVES SETUP COSTS

Since you do the configuration in Scope yourself, there are no additional costs for setup. The entire process, from invoice creation to invoice dispatch, remains under your control. In addition, because electronically transmitted invoices are automatically scanned into invoice recipients' systems, invoice processing and payments can be made faster.
