Forwarding Sailing Schedules

Integrated schedules and automated updates

You have direct access to all schedules without leaving the safe harbor of Scope: No system changes, no downloads, no manual insertion. In addition to the schedules for German seaports, Scope also integrates the global sailing lists of the most important carriers. Automated updates of all timings keep you up to date at all times.

ALL VOYAGE DATA FROM ESTIMATED TIME OF TIME OF DEPARTURE TO EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL

Based on the data for "Scheduled Time of Shipping" (STS) and "Scheduled Time of Arrival" (STA), Scope incorporates the data for "Estimated Time of Shipping" (ETS) and "Estimated Time of Arrival" (ETA). Scope continuously obtains data from carriers for updating the ETA.

AUTOMATED DATA IMPORT FOR MORE EFFICIENT SHIPMENT PROCESSING

Direct import of all relevant data speeds up the creation of a shipment, prevents input errors and makes your shipment processing more efficient. In addition to all important time data, the name of the shipping company, the name of the ship and the associated voyage number are also imported.

FREE ACCESS TO GLOBAL SAILING LISTS

As a user of the Ocean Freight software in Scope, you have free access to schedules from global sailing lists. Various filter options as well as a keyword search are available for the selection.

OBTAIN AND CREATE LEGS FROM GLOBAL SAILING LISTS

The sailing list search shows you the individual legs of a voyage. For each leg, you will see details of the mode of transport, port codes for departure and arrival, and the scheduled departure and arrival dates. As soon as you select a route with several legs, the corresponding legs are created and displayed in the shipment.
