Inside Scope 2023

Riege Software again successfully hosts exclusive Community event in Düsseldorf

Düsseldorf/Meerbusch – On September 25/26 Riege Software gathered the Scope Community in Düsseldorf for their infamous networking event Inside Scope. While the first day of the event was focused on discovering new features in the logistics software Scope and networking over dinner and cocktails, the second day was filled with keynote presentations from high-ranking industry experts.

Discover, Network, Share was the official theme of this year's Inside Scope event, hosted by Riege Software in Düsseldorf. For two consecutive days, interested parties had the chance to network over dinner and cocktails, experience the Scope Community and dive deep into moving topics of the logistics industry. After a successful re-launch of the event series in 2022, this year's agenda has been expanded to include product-specific workshops from the forwarding and customs sectors, as well as presentations from some of the industry's top experts. Among the well-known logistics greats, who brought interesting topics to this year event were Henk Mulder, Head of Digital Cargo at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Leonie Althaus, CEO & Founder of traide AI, Wolfgang Schwab, Managing Director at the Federal Association of Customs Software Manufacturers (BVZH), Niko Hossain, CEO & Managing Director at Lobster Logistics Cloud and Dr. Jan-Wilhelm Breithaupt, Vice President Global Fulfillment Management at Lufthansa Cargo.

“Inside Scope is all about the community. We want to offer our customers, partners, and all other interested parties the opportunity to gain information about cutting edge topics in logistics and to exchange ideas. We were pleased to see once again this year how valuable the discussions in a relaxed atmosphere are, and how much we and the members of the community benefit from this exchange. In addition, we regularly meet in smaller groups for Scope Community Meetups at different locations, most recently during the trade fair in Munich. Here, too, we were pleased to see that the community has grown steadily over the years and that people value the meetings very much”, says Benjamin Riege, Creative Director and Co-owner of Riege Software.

The participants' feedback was also very positive. The topics and speakers on the second day of the event were particularly highlighted, generating great enthusiasm and stimulating discussions. Riege Software will continue the event series in the future. The next event will most likely take place in the region around Frankfurt Airport.
