Scope integrates CONTPAQi for fluent workflow and secure exchange of fiscal data

MEERBUSCH, Germany – November 21, 2017 – Mexican companies paying heed to their reputation have a preference for CONTPAQi Contabilidad, the widespread and highly valued accounting software in Mexico. Since German vendor Riege Software has established a branch in Mexico to provide its innovative Transport Management System, Scope, to Mexican forwarders, it was one of the first duties to develop a most accurate interface to facilitate the seamless connectivity between CONTPAQi Contabilidad and Scope.
The conception was to enable Mexican forwarders to fully exploit the potentials of Scope by sticking to an uninterrupted workflow, to benefit from the One-entry-of-data concept and, after all, to prevent costly errors. Using accounting information the CONTPAQi interface in Scope creates a simple file that, together with the CFDI XML files is imported into CONTPAQi Contabilidad and registers all of the incoming and outgoing invoices.
To ensure its use without complications right from the start, every possible barrier of language between the two systems had to be excluded. Therefore the integration was developed in close collaboration with the accounting department of WELLDEX Logistics, the first customer of Riege Software S.A. de C.V. in Mexico. This practice achieved the expected results. Scope communicates perfectly with CONTPAQi and allows the promised fluent workflow while simultaneously assures the immaculate accounting required by Mexican government's fiscal laws.
