Riege Software and INVENTRY collaborate for seamless IT support

New key contact for Scope customers with IT related questions

Meerbusch, Germany - As one of the leading providers of forwarding and customs software, Riege offers Scope as a logistics solution for its customers. To address IT-related concerns more quickly and efficiently, Riege is relying on INVENTRY's know-how from this day.

"We are software makers through and through. Digital is in our blood. Logistics is our DNA." This guiding principle is lived by the approximately 120 employees in the individual teams at Riege every day. The development of the software Scope in terms of customer and market-specific requirements is always a priority. For employees in the seven worldwide branches to be able to concentrate on this development, the Meerbusch-based company has decided to rely on INVENTRY's expertise in dealing with customer issues on an IT level.

Maurice Teltscher

“The cooperation between Riege and INVENTRY brings significant added value to our customers: the line between software and IT infrastructure disappears. The result of this expanded spectrum of competence is efficient solutions and shorter distances for our customers.”

– Maurice Teltscher, founder and CEO INVENTRY GmbH

Riege Software emphasizes the reliability of INVENTRY support. Apart from a new contact person, nothing will change for Scope users for the time being. IT-specific questions can still be issued via the familiar ticket system.

INVENTRY is an IT service provider based in Darmstadt, Germany, that specializes in cybersecurity for medium-sized companies. By means of a sophisticated IT service concept, INVENTRY reduces the risk of becoming a victim of cyberattacks and also increases productivity by more than 30%. Maurice Teltscher founded INVENTRY GmbH after managing IT departments in several large corporations and building up the IT side of international locations. His ambition was to make the IT service level that is taken for granted in large corporations also available to small and medium-sized enterprises.
