The decision of Riege Software to attend the Cargo Week Americas from June 26 – 28 at Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City was driven by intensification of the commitment to the developing economy of Mexico and the people engaged in the forwarding industry.
Actively participating in this No.1 exhibition for freight forwarders in Mexico, hosting empirically over 17,000 visitors, is a must and a mission. At our stand we will present the scopes of Scope to the expert public. In addition, our showcase will consist of what Riege Software and its Mexican employees have achieved in the development and implementation of Mexican-specific features and integrations within Scope.
Scope is the innovative Transport Management System (TMS), made in Germany and designated to boost economic success as well as to brighten the worklife of the most important factor in logistics – humans. This interactive web application informs forwarders, agents and customers on the current status of their shipment in real-time, allows to fulfill milestones, add events or place bookings, immediately available in Scope.
CFDI 3.3
The electronic invoicing and stamping via CFDI 3.3 to SAT is enabled directly out of Scope, without changing the application causing the need to re-enter data.
Jobcosting
Since Scope reliably displays all costs and earnings within a current shipment users keep 100% control over financial deficiencies or targeted profitability of an order.
Documents
Essential documents such as e-AWB, HBL and exchange of customs clearance data are created automatically, and can be sent without deviation directly via email out of Scope.
Streamlining
Scope enables a continuous, uninterrupted workflow from quotation via booking to the completion of a shipment. Thus users can start and finish processes in one go and in the shortest period of time.
Integrations
The seamless integration of SAT, CONTPAQi and INTTRA allows direct and secure exchange of data without the risk of inaccurate data caused by multiple re-keying.
