CO2 Calculator

Calculate CO2 emissions for all means of transport in the global supply chain

Scope integrates CarbonCare's validated CO2 emissions calculator for all means of transport in the global supply chain. The respective calculation shows you the emission value per shipment and is thus an important indicator for the implementation of your climate protection measures and climate-neutral transports.

Worldwide measured values for all means of transport

The CO2 calculator determines the pollutant emissions for all means of transport worldwide, regardless of where the shipment is going – from the first to the last mile. Seamless integration in Scope allows you to perform the calculations without changing systems.

Recognized according to EU standard EN16258

Based on more than 3.5 million measured values that are continuously updated, the CO2 calculator determines the pollutant emissions of a shipment according to the recognized EU standard EN16258. By entering weight, distance and means of transport, the CO2 values can be determined quickly and in a time-saving manner.

Reduction and compensation

The calculated values provide you with information about the effective environmental impact of the CO2 emissions per shipment. For air freight shipments, the flight schedule integrated in Scope offers you the option of searching for alternative, less polluting routes or airlines with emission-reduced fleets. For compensation measures, CarbonCare offers CO2 offset projects, which are certified by an emissions certificate.

Optional licenses and services

The calculator integrated in Scope is the basic license. Upgrade licenses and other additional services can be purchased directly by signing a contract with CarbonCare. These include the additional Analytics tool for detailed evaluations and the option of making the values determined available to your customers by uploading them to their systems.
