A bond that lasts.

Increasingly difficult in a changing work environment. That's why it's even more important to nurture work relationships, pause to look back at milestones, and reflect on the past – and, above all, to practice gratitude. In today's fast-paced world, showing appreciation is more important than ever, especially in a work context. What does this mean for the employees of Riege Software? We want to illustrate this with the charming example of Matanja, our newly appointed Operations Manager of Riege NL.

Ten years ago, after many challenges and milestones, Matanja fulfilled a dream. She always wanted to aim high, preferably with a profession on an international level. It was a perfect match when Matanja began working with our distinguished employees Henk, Martin, and Nardo. In 2015, the corporate structure of Riege NL looked quite different, but one thing was clear to Matanja from the outset: “I not only represent these corporate values, I also live by them. And she has been doing so every day for 10 years! How could we not appreciate such passion and commitment?

After 15 years of growth and ever-changing challenges, a new chapter has begun for Riege Software International B.V. (Riege NL). In her new role as Operations Manager, Matanja will continue to demonstrate her characteristic leadership, vision, and commitment to honorable business practices. With a team of 11 loyal employees serving over 250 customers, she exemplifies her belief in the bigger picture, successful teamwork, and contributing to the Scope Community every day.

These are the stories that make up life, and as we know, they are the best ones. We also know that Matanja will do a tremendous job in her new role and congratulate her on behalf of each of our valued employees. The future was bright and is becoming increasingly brighter.

Let’s keep moving forward — together.
