Summiere aangifte bij uitgang (Exit Summary Declaration)

Met Scope versie 5.4 die beschikbaar is in september is het mogelijk om zelf een summiere aangifte (NLEC14) bij uitgang ten behoeve van ECS te doen. Met deze aangifte kan de Scope gebruiker een export zending op T-document aanzuiveren met extra zekerheidsgegevens. Nadat de aangifte is geaccepteerd door de Douane kan het zijn dat er een controle melding komt, met deze melding geeft de Douane aan dat de zending geselecteerd is voor controle.

E.e.a. werkt hetzelfde als bij de ECS Arrival at Exit (AaE) melding. Op Schiphol wordt de Exit Summary Declaration (EXS) voor veel expediteurs door Cargonaut gedaan indien van de oorspronkelijke NCTS aangifte het MRN in het 755 bericht wordt vermeld en de FHL wordt verstuurd voor de HAWB informatie.
