Scope verzekert veiligheid op zee

Release 8.2 klaar voor Verified Gross Mass (VGM) conform de nieuwe SOLAS regel.

Op 1 juli 2016 zal de nieuwe SOLAS regel voor Verified Gross Massa (VGM) van containers in werking treden. Hoewel er een drie maanden gedoog periode is, zal Scope op tijd ‘VGM klaar’ zijn met de 8.2 release. Veilige verwerking van orders en de veiligheid aan boord van schepen op zee gaan boven alles.

Ingeven van alle benodigde gegevens is mogelijk in de container editor. Standaard wordt het brutogewicht (container tara gewicht plus geladen gewicht) berekend als de VGM. Datum van wegen is gelijk aan de datum van ingave. De gebruiker van Scope wordt aangewezen als de verantwoordelijke persoon. De VGM gegevens kunnen nog worden aangepast wanneer ze niet juist zijn.

Als alles correct is, zal de VGM informatie via Dakosy worden doorgegeven binnen de B/L, of via INTTRA, GT-Nexus en CargoSmart binnen de B/L instructies. De VGM gegevens worden ook afgedrukt op de B/L instructie of de B/L zelf voor die rederijen die niet via een interface te bereiken zijn.

Zo zorgt Scope voor een veilig proces en veiligheid op zee.
