Scope's Douane-integratie omarmt elke bestaande WMS-/ERP-oplossing en kan alle beschikbare Douaneprocedures in alle Scope landen unificeren. Scope Douane wordt momenteel gebruikt in Duitsland, Nederland, Zwitserland en de VS. Dit geeft gebruikers de mogelijkheid om inklaringen te doen zonder Scope Douane zelf te openen.

  • Importeer en verzend automatisch aangiftes
    Wanneer data (XML) voor Douane-inklaringen vanaf een externe bron of een extern systeem worden ontvangen, kan Scope deze importeren, toevoegen en valideren. Tegelijkertijd verrijkt de slimme artikeltabel in Scope de ERP-data met Douane-specifieke informatie die voor deze artikelen in Scope is opgeslagen. Na completeren en de toestemming van de gebruiker voor automatisch verzenden, worden alle geïmporteerde aangiftes die voldoen aan de validaties automatisch verzonden. Dit is een handige manier om de groeiende e-commerce business, die voornamelijk bestaat uit grote hoeveelheden rechttoe-rechtaan-aangiftes, te automatiseren. 
  • Importeer complete of gedeeltelijke aangiftes
    Scope kan aangifte-data in CSV-formaat importeren en de Douaneaangifte (gedeeltelijk) maken met de ontvangen data. Na controle en aanvullen van de aangifte kan de gebruiker de aangifte naar de Douane sturen. Dit stelt de expediteur in staat om e-commerce-bulkaangiftes effectief af te handelen.
  • Workflow milestones retour
    Scope retourneert alle relevante gebeurtenissen gedurende het aangifteproces - of de aangiftes nu vlekkeloos doorlopen of niet. Gebruikers kunnen er ook voor kiezen om alleen die aangiftes te monitoren die actie vereisen en worden gewaarschuwd voor iedere afwijking zoals inspectie, afkeuring of annulering die teruggestuurd wordt naar hun ERP/TMS. Zodoende automatiseert en vereenvoudigt Scope's Douane-integratie niet alleen de Douaneaangiftes maar maakt het ook mogelijk om eenvoudige problemen op te lossen met exceptions management. De door Scope geretourneerde berichten bevatten ook de relevante belastingen (invoerrechten) en btw-bij-invoer bedragen zodat deze verder kunnen worden gebruikt in het externe systeem.
