Riege Software hosts exclusive Community event in Dusseldorf

Networking event Inside Scope another milestone heading towards a global logistics community

On September 25 and 26, Riege Software, the creator of Scope, the Digital Standard for digital logistics, is hosting Inside Scope in Düsseldorf. For two consecutive days, interested parties can network over dinner and cocktails, experience the Scope Community and dive deep into moving topics in the transportation and logistics industry.

Riege Software is considered a pioneer for digitalization in logistics. The software provider, headquartered in Meerbusch, Germany, supports freight forwarders around the world in optimizing their processes along the entire supply chain with its product Scope, thereby not only enabling unrestricted collaboration, but equally promoting sustainable growth for companies of all sizes. Following the successful re-launch of the Inside Scope event series in 2022, this year's agenda has been expanded to include product-specific workshops from the forwarding and customs sectors, as well as presentations from some of the industry's top experts. Among the well-known logistics greats represented at Inside Scope this year are Wolfgang Schwab, Managing Director at the Federal Association of Customs Software Manufacturers (BVZH), Henk Mulder, Head of Digital Cargo at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) or Dr. Jan-Wilhelm Breithaupt, Vice President Global Fulfillment Management at Lufthansa Cargo.

“Logistics thrives on people. Regular interaction with our customers helps us to better understand the daily requirements of their working environment. We designed Scope to give even the smallest forwarders the opportunity to be part of the big picture and position themselves alongside the big market leaders. This requires a community, a network of logisticians around the world who can communicate with each other and exchange data freely. This is where we would like to develop our product in the future.  By offering a wide range of tools, we want to foster communication among members and leave a positive impression on an individual and operational level.

–Tobias Riege, CEO, Riege Software

To achieve this, the software provider headquartered in Meerbusch, Germany, has developed various event formats in addition to the planned product expansion that address each target group and offer interesting content for all participants. Alongside the Scope Community Meetups, Inside Scope offers the perfect event platform to unite the community and promote exchange between like-minded professionals on the latest industry trends and innovations.
