User help

In addition, we provide online help, digital documentation, handbooks and manuals covering all areas of our software operation.

IT Infrastructure Library

All our projects conform to ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). ITIL is an independent scale for high quality management of IT-services, and is our preferred standard.

Workshops

In addition we invite our customers to attend regular workshops and refresher courses, where we present new features and program improvements, keeping user skills up to date.
