In addition to the possibility of requesting status information from the shipment tracking facility integrated within Procars, Riege Software International offers an interactive tracking and shipment information request facility via the Internet as an additional service. Also available is a booking module for the Internet, a module for shipment status entry on the worldwide web (e. g. via your agents) and an Internet based Purchase Order System.

Basic search function

Your customers are able to track states of their own shipments via Internet without any authentication. Search criterion is the corresponding HAWB/HBL-No.

Extended search function

Your customers are able to track states of their own shipments via Internet only with authentication for extended option. Multiple search criteria are available. Additionally your customers are allowed to add tracking events depending upon their profiles which will be defined by you.
