Security handling in Airfreight (EU-VO831) “Secured” and “Not secured”

According to the German Luftfahrt-Bundesamt the regulation concerning "VERORDNUNG (EG) Nr. 831/2006" for the definition of security handling in Airfreight (EU-VO831) has changed for Europe effectiv from 01.01.2007.
Therefore we have realized project 060345 to implement the changing requirements in Procars. The enhancement is designed to change the description of the status "Secured" and "Not secured" according to the European regulation. For Procars User this project is free of charge.
